A long day at work can end with beer, nuggets and a good TV show. At times, you can't really wait for the weekend to relax with some alcohol. And once you cave in to your craving, you may end up with a headache right before you get ready for work. Here are some hacks that would make you look dewy fresh on days that you are dead tired or hung-over.

1. Drink a lot of water, because this would provide your body with the thing that it loves the most: fluids. By increasing your water intake, you would be able to be wide awake, your eyes won't be puffy, and your headache would be controlled.

2. These days, almost all offices have gyms and showers in their premises, and if it's possible for you, just head for a shower before your meeting to look fresh and charged. Remember, you should never underestimate the power of a bath.

3. You can keep a bottle of rose water in your bag, so that you can spray some on your face and put some drops in your eyes to feel refreshed and energized. This would also make you smell good, given the amazing fragrance of rose water. For extreme cases, take cotton balls and dip them in milk along with ice cubes. Place them on your face for 5 minutes and let it work its wonder. The ice would help your skin muscles tighten.

4. Use lightweight moisturizers to add a bit of glow to your face. 

5. Look into the mirror, and convince yourself that this meeting or social gathering is important for your professional or personal life, and you could do away with a few hours of sleep. Train your mind to be awake and it won't disappoint you.
